Working Together
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to coping on your own or unsure where to begin.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the deeper patterns underneath anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. Together, we create a space where you can explore things at your own pace, better understand yourself, and begin moving towards meaningful change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
-
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference.
I offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
We’ll go at your pace, with space to explore whatever feels important.
-
Online Sessions: £50 per session, held over Google Meet.
In Person Sessions: £65 per session, held at private rooms in Richmond and Chiswick.I aim to keep things clear and consistent, so you know what to expect from the outset.
-
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation.
This is a chance for you to ask any questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit.
Choosing the right therapist for you can take time and there’s no pressure — just a space to explore what you might need.
-
I currently offer sessions on weekday evenings, with some morning sessions available at the weekend also.
-
I ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Should you need to move from an in person session to an online session at short notice (even on the day of your session), this can always be easily accommodated.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
-
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces.
If cost feels like a barrier, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can see what might be possible.
