Working Together

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you're used to coping on your own or aren't quite sure where to begin.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes it's enough to know that something no longer feels sustainable, or that part of you is longing for life to feel different. From there, we can begin together - one gentle step at a time.

Below you'll find answers to some of the questions people often ask before starting therapy. If your question isn't here, please feel free to get in touch.
