About me
I’m Stella, an integrative therapist offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative space.
I’m particularly drawn to working with people who feel stuck in patterns they can recognise intellectually, but can’t seem to shift emotionally — whether that shows up as anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, overwhelm, or difficulty trusting themselves.
Many of the people I work with have spent years adapting: to pressure, relationships, expectations, or simply surviving. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath those patterns, and begin reconnecting with who you are beneath them.

Together we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand yourself, reconnect with your needs, and move towards meaningful change.
My approach combines talking therapy with nervous system awareness, parts work, somatic exploration, and practical support where helpful.
